How the App Works
Local-Only Storage
All data generated by your use of RitmoVital, including:

Permissions
Notifications Permission
RitmoVital requests permission to send local notifications only. These notifications are:
- Generated and processed entirely on your device
- Used to remind you of scheduled breathing sessions
- Completely optional and can be disabled at any time
- Not connected to any external notification service
You can manage notification permissions through your device settings at any time.
Data Security
Since all data remains on your device and the app does not transmit any information over the internet, your data is as secure as your device itself. We recommend:
- Using device-level security features (passcode, biometric authentication)
- Keeping your device's operating system up to date
- Using device backup features if you want to preserve your data
Children's Privacy
RitmoVital does not collect any information from anyone, including children under the age of 13. The app is safe for users of all ages as it operates entirely offline without data collection.

Data Deletion

- iOS: Uninstall the app from your device. This will remove all locally stored data.
- Android: Go to Settings → Apps → RitmoVital → Storage → Clear Data, or uninstall the app.

Since RitmoVital does not collect any personal data:
- There is no data to access, modify, or delete from our side
- You maintain full control over all app-generated data on your device
